TomTom Telematics Rebrands To Webfleet Solutions
OCTOBER NEWS – TomTom Telematics completes rebrand to Webfleet Solutions
Earlier in 2019 Bridgestone, the global tyre manufacturer completed its £800-million acquisition of TomTom Telematics. Now it completes the rebrand.
As of the 1st October 2019 the new name for TomTom Telematics is Webfleet Solutions, with the industry-leading software solution retaining the simple moniker of WEBFLEET. See more about the recent update to WEBFLEET 3.7
With many such cases, where large corporations buy out other business operations, very little will actually change. Existing customers of TomTom Telematics will see a seamless switch of brand with no impact on the WEBFLEET fleet management software as a service.

Bridgestone will continue to offer data-led solutions to ensure fleet operations are both effective and efficient. Webfleet Solutions’ name has come from its main solution platform, WEBFLEET, which has been providing telematics to fleets for 20 years.
As they have done since the acquisition was first confirmed, teams from Bridgestone and Webfleet Solutions will continue to explore new opportunities and innovate together, to deliver future business growth and value to their customers, it said.
