We’re recruiting – due to early retirement we’re seeking to fill this vacancy and looking for an individual with good commercial experience, strong  office management skills and a desire to work in a fast-growing family-run business that’s really going places.

This Job Role includes

  • General Office Management & Coordination
  • Customer Account Management & Support
  • Supporting Directors and Leading Staff
  • Customer Service Queries, Support, Billing, Pricing, etc.
  • Generating New Business Quotes, Following-up Proposals
  • Stock Orders and Supplier Management
  • Elements of Purchase Order and Sales Ledger Management

Essential Skills –

Practical Commercial Experience – Working to deadlines and core Service Standards

High-level Communication Skills – dealing at Director Level, via Telephone, Email and Post

Good Literacy and Numeracy – solid working-knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Knowledge of Salesforce would be a significant advantage

Confidence and Competence in managing a small team of dedicated colleagues

Diligence and serious commitment to supporting Directors of a fast-growing technology-based service provider



Any practical knowledge of the transport industry, fleet logistics or similar would be a major advantage.
